We happened upon Utopia bar in Luang Prabang and kind of were totally into it. We don;t normally hang out in a place with a young 20-something crowd, but…Utopia has something to offer for everyone. Pus the view is pretty magical, and Beer Lao a plenty at a reasonable price 🙂 Stop in for a burger, a volleyball session, or a yoga class!
