Unbeknownst to us we try the famous Lao crepes (pancakes) and deem them to be the best desert ever. Seriously, I can see why backpackers are all about this stuff — its delicious! And can be found in every small town in Laos.

Ever wondered what’s it like to drive a motorcycle in Laos? Check out this video for the answer — Jenia kind of refused to get on the bike at one point. Actually, this is a small village road, its not so bad from town to town š
Enjoying our first day inĀ Cappadocia with a 360 panoramaĀ of the magical landscape from the Uchisar Castle. Its possible to visit a few of the “rooms” in the castle — which aren’t much more than hollowed out caves. But still – its kind of fascinating ot imagine people carving these, and then living here!

Goodbye China! It’s been real. More than a month (if you count 5 days in Beijing). Amazing country. But time for us to go explore the wonders of Southeast Asia. Starting with Bangkok, Thailand. (As an aside — SriLankan = awesome).
