Hanging out on a mountain — this time no hike, very easy and pleasant — hitched a ride to the chairlift (~8 km from Mestia) and then onwards and upwards by the mechanical wonder. The image is of mountain Ushba, which refused to part with the clouds on that day.
Nobuhiko, our host, took us to check out a local beach. Sad to leave Japan, it’s a magical place.
Toboggan ride to the top of the mountain overlooking the Gulf of Thailand? Awesome! Ride down — thrilling! We had a really awesome time in Ha Tien, our first stop in Vietnam.
Made to measure is the thing in Hoi An. No one had to twist our arms into getting a couple of things made. Here’s Jenia at one of the multiple fittings we’ve had in the week that we spent in Hoi An. Ha Na tailor shop, Hoi An.
Enjoying a fancy cocktail and a view of Budapest from the 360 Bar Budapest. Highly recommend, particularly in warm weather )
Jenia explores the Kristi guesthouse in Chiang Mai, while Sergey takes a nap.
