AC Chair, fancy pants class for short distance travel on Indian trains. Well, maybe not too fancy. But you do get your own chair that no one can squeeze you from.
Climbing defense towers around upper Omalo, Tusheti – fun even in the rain. Earlier in the day we visited picturesque village of Dartlo, at the time it was nice and sunny, or at least not rainy. Regardless, another day of adventure in the wilds of Tushseti.
Enroute to Kyoto, escaping typhoon and, once again, on a ferry.
Our last day in India. We meet up with Ashutosh, whom we met at the very beginning via the first guest house that we stayed in in Delhi. How fun! Also we totally spaced out on the 4 o’clock — so this vide is around 8 pm.
After getting off the ferry from Busan, South Korea, we are boarding our first Japanese high-speed en route to Hiroshima.
Our first real sleeper bus in the 9.5 months of travel! Pretty exciting stuff. Actually we were quite pleased with Vietnam sleeper bus — plenty of leg room, wifi, toilet, and the driver didn’t beep the horn. Pretty loud pop / comedy videos but only until about 9 pm. We like!
