A motorbike taxi (xe om) is the preferred way of getting around in Vietnam’s cities. We took a xe om in Can Tho at rush hour (a slightly delayed 4 o’clock) 😉 with our CS host Tran.  Thoroughly recommend the experience, should cost about 20,000 dong($1) anywhere in the center for this rush of excitement….
Jenia and our friend Nastya learn how to drive a scooter under Sergey’s patient guidance.  Don’t worry we wear helmets on the road! it was just particularly hot that day and slow driving makes helmets oh so uncomfortable and itchy.
