Met some cool people, swapped wheels at the border, traveled on Chineese train.
Arrived in rainy and definitely cool Dalat, up in the Vietnamese mountains. A quick stop at a bike repair shop before the highlight of our 5 day easy rider tour, a home stay with our guide, Hai’s family (the latter bit unfortunately not featured in the 4 o’clock!)

After rain, and more rain, we finally see some sun and enjoy an afternoon on the beach on Koh Lanta, Thailand.
Made it to Beijing — which turned out not as scary as we thought!
Sagalassos was amazing – a remote archeological site not accessed by any convenient forms of public transport (or tour buses!) is stunning. There are hardly any visitors, so we had the ancient “first city of Pisidia” (aka regional Roman capital) almost entirely to ourselves.
