1 December, 2013 – Sura Thani, Thailand
Taking our first Thailand train in Sura Thani, Thailand. Yes, it’s not 4 o’clock, but it’s close enough 🙂

A nature walk around the prettiest place in all of Georgia — the high Caucasus mountains of Mestia. We are outside of the small village of Mazeri where we spent blissful three days.
A visit to the princess islands – a short commute of 1.5 hours across the Marmara Sea – was one of the highlights of our stay in Istanbul. Mostly for the ferry ride and the cimit (turkish sesame bagels) that you can purchase on the boat.
On the bus back from our hike up to Mt Emei. Back to Chengdu for the third time.
Market of Jodhpur – a rather hectic and loud affair, much like in other cities in Rajasthan state.
Day 6 of our motorcycle journey brings us to the village of Phong Nha. A cluster of humongous caves is a relatively new addition to the tourist map in Vietnam. Its definitely a worthwhile stop – both for the caves and the scenery – especially if you are traveling by motorbike.
Saying goodbye to the gorgeous Pacific Ocean for now. We chilled out at An Bang beach in Hoi An which surprised us with a number of locals and expats, pretty nice atmosphere, and terrible bloody mary.
