These 9 months of travel have been an incredible learning experience. We’ve seen a lot of good bits: spectacular nature, beautiful people and fascinating cultures. Part of the trip though has been seeing first hand the utter devastation that we as humans are capable of. It has been painful, challenging, and thought-provoking.

Sagalassos was amazing – a remote archeological site not accessed by any convenient forms of public transport (or tour buses!) is stunning. Happy Valentines day from India’s most romantic city — Udaipur. It is also one of the most famous, thanks to the fact that James Bond Octopussy was filmed here, and the Lake Palace run by the Taj Hotel Group is a world class luxury destination (maybe next time?)
Day thee on the back of a motorcycle. Just a short ride from Phu Yen is the picturesque village of Mai Cha. Come along on a ride through the Mai Chau rice paddies. We had fun exploring the gorgeous little hamlets (even in the intense heat!)
