10 October 2013 – Osaka, Japan
“Come to Osaka, you will have a lovely time” – Jenia. Exploring Osaka for a day trip, no plan, just exploration.
Came across a beautiful rose garden downtown, right before the sunset.

We take the norry, aka Cambodian train! A bamboo raft, set on the original network built by the French, and powered by a motorcycle engine. Locals still take it short distances — I think we caught a bunch of school kids going home. If nothing else, it is very scenic and very fun.
A video of Sergey talking about this and that. Jenia was out at a steam sauna / massage spa.
A rather bumpy ride on a colonial-era train from Bago to Mawlamyien
Our last full day relaxing on Suang Luang beach in Bang Saphan, Thailand. Sergey gives a tour of our bungalows Love at Sea – more like a house – which we liked very much. And of course another look at the Gulf of Thailand.
Staying at a temple on day 1 of our 3 day hike up Mountain Emei, in China. All in all we walked (up the stairs!!) 54 kilometers.
